Darth Vader is teased in this brand new trailer celebrating Star Wars, “May the 4th be With You”, Day.

Disney+ has released a brand-new trailer and poster for “Obi-Wan Kenobi,” offering a riveting look at the highly anticipated limited series. “Obi-Wan Kenobi” will premiere exclusively on Disney+ on Friday, May 27, with the first two episodes. Following the premiere, the series will stream weekly on Wednesdays, until the finale on Wednesday, June 22.

The story begins 10 years after the dramatic events of “Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith” where Obi-Wan Kenobi faced his greatest defeat—the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker, who turned to the dark side as evil Sith Lord Darth Vader. 

The series stars Ewan McGregor, reprising his role as the iconic Jedi Master, and also marks the return of Hayden Christensen in the role of Darth Vader. Joining the cast are Moses Ingram, Joel Edgerton, Bonnie Piesse, Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma, Rupert Friend, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Sung Kang, Simone Kessell and Benny Safdie. 

“Obi-Wan Kenobi” is directed by Deborah Chow and executive-produced by Kathleen Kennedy, Michelle Rejwan, Deborah Chow, Ewan McGregor and Joby Harold.

Today, Disney+ released the teaser trailer for “Obi-Wan Kenobi,” giving fans an exciting first look at the highly anticipated limited series, which launches exclusively on the streaming service on May 25.

Watch Ewan McGregor And Jimmy Kimmel Talk Spoilers For Disney+ Series “Obi-Wan Kenobi”

Okay, not really, but Ewan McGregor did join Jimmy Kimmel from the set of “Obi-Wan Kenobi” to promote the new limited series “Halston” on Netflix, premiering this Friday.

Ewan talked about Star Wars spoilers, going back into the role of Obi-Wan with a lot of extraordinary technology for his new Disney+ series “Obi-Wan Kenobi”, turning 50, learning to ride a unicycle, traveling by motorcycle around the world, as well as playing fashion designer Roy Halston in the new Netflix series “Halston,” and making a pair of pants by himself.

“Obi-Wan Kenobi,” the new Disney+ special event series starring Ewan McGregor as the iconic Jedi Master, began shooting in April.
