After Hurricane Katrina, four boyhood friends return to NOLA’s Lower Ninth Ward. As FEMA fails to provide aid, they reluctantly turn to a local gangster for help. Directed by RZA (The Man with the Iron Fists) and written by P.G. Starring Shameik Moore, Tip T.I. Harris, Demetrius Shipp Jr., Kat Graham, Keean Johnson, Denzel Whitaker, Isaiah Washington, with Wesley Snipes, and Terrence Howard, and Eiza González, and Ethan Hawke, the film is from director RZA and written by P.G. Cuschieri.

CUT THROAT CITY is scheduled to open in theaters August 21, 2020 and I CAN’T WAIT!!

RZA directed his first feature film, The Man with the Iron Fists, in 2011, from a script he wrote the previous year.  Written by RZA and Eli Roth, the film starred RZA, Russell Crowe, Cung Le, Lucy Liu, Byron Mann, Rick Yune, Dave Bautista, and Jamie Chung.
