SYNOPSIS:

As she waits to enter her 30th birthday party, Rachel White (Ginnifer goodwin) can’t escape the feeling that her life has not turned out like she thought it would. Sure, she has a good job at a prestigious Manhattan law firm, but she works long hours and her boss is a tyrant.

She has her childhood best friend, the beautiful and vivacious Darcy (Kate Hudson), but seeing her flirt with her handsome fiancé is just another reminder that at the end of the party―like every other night―she’ll be going home alone. Except this time…she doesn’t. Rachel wakes up the following morning next to Dex (Colin Egglesfield), her law school study partner…and Darcy’s fiancé. Both of them are horrified―how could they let this happen?
Rachel tries to move on with the support of school friend ETHAN (John Krasinski), but as the wedding approaches she begins to realize that it wasn’t a mistake after all, and maybe Darcy isn’t the friend she thought she was.

Now Rachel has to make a painful choice: her best friend or the love of her life?

Synopsis:

Rachel (Ginnifer Goodwin) is a talented attorney at a top New York law firm, a generous and loyal friend, and, unhappily, still single…as her engaged best friend Darcy (Kate Hudson) is constantly reminding her. But after celebrating her 30th birthday, perpetual good girl Rachel unexpectedly ends up in bed with the guy she’s had a crush on since law school, Dex (Colin Egglesfield)…who just happens to be Darcy’s fiancé. When Rachel and Darcy’s lifelong friendship collides with true love, it leads to unexpected complications and potentially explosive romantic revelations. Meanwhile, Ethan (John Krasinski), Rachel’s constant confidante and sometimes conscience, is busy evading the affection of Darcy’s hopelessly love-struck friend Claire (Ashley Williams) while harboring a secret crush of his own; and Marcus (Steve Howey), an irrepressible womanizer, can’t keep his mind out of the gutter or his hands off any girl within reach.
