ONCE UPON A TIME…IN HOLLYWOOD Opens In St. Louis This Thursday at The Hi-Pointe

The Hi-Pointe Theater, at 1005 McCausland Ave in St. Louis, is the best place to see movies. Something about its city locale, its nostalgia factor, its retro interior, and the fact that they sell wine by the bottle make me think that Quentin Tarantino himself would be glad to hear that his latest film ONCE UPON A TIME…IN HOLLYWOOD opens there this Thursday, July 25th. Tarantino’s story is one that takes place in Los Angeles in 1969, at the height of hippy Hollywood. The two lead characters are Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio), former star of a western TV series, and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt). Both are struggling to make it in a Hollywood they don’t recognize anymore. But Rick has a very famous next-door neighbor…Sharon Tate (Margot Robie). Showtimes July 25th at the Hi-Pointe are 4pm and 7:30pm. Wednesday night is $5 Night!
