Sylvester Stallone Is Rambo In First Trailer For RAMBO: LAST BLOOD

Almost four decades after he drew first blood, Sylvester Stallone is back as one of the greatest action heroes of all time, John Rambo. Now, Rambo must confront his past and unearth his ruthless combat skills to exact revenge in a final mission. A deadly journey of vengeance, RAMBO: LAST BLOOD marks the last chapter of the legendary series.

Stallone has been playing John Rambo of this popular franchise beginning in 1982 with First Blood, followed by Rambo: First Blood Part II (1985), Rambo III (1988) and Rambo (2008) directed by Stallone.

“Despite negative reviews, Rambo: First Blood Part II was a major worldwide box office blockbuster, with an estimated 42 million tickets sold in the US. It has become the most recognized and memorable installment in the series, having inspired countless rip-offs, parodies, video games, and imitations.” (wikipedia) It did receive an Academy Award nomination for Best Sound Editing.

The new film also features Paz Vega, Sergio Peris-Mencheta, Adrianna Barraza, Yvette Monreal, Genie Kim aka Yenah Han, Joaquin Cosio, and Oscar Jaenada.
