You Better Shape Up! GREASE is Back in Theaters April 8th, 11th and 14th
Movie fans have been hopelessly devoted to Sandy, Danny and the gang from Rydell High since Grease first hit screens 40 years ago – and now, to celebrate its milestone anniversary, it’s back in more than 700 cinemas around the country. This special theatrical presentation of Grease plays three days only: Sunday, April 8, and Wednesday, April 11, at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. each day – with a newly added weekend matinee at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 14.
Grease is part of the yearlong TCM Big Screen Classics series, and to add to the fun, audiences are encouraged to attend screenings in costume to celebrate this cinematic high school reunion. John Travolta, Olivia Newton-John and an all-star supporting cast star in the blockbuster musical, which will be accompanied by specially-produced commentary by TCM Primetime Host Ben Mankiewicz that plays both before and after the film.
