Attention St. Louis-based filmmakers! – Here’s a great chance to expose your film to a wide local audience! Local filmmakers are invited to submit their works to GOTV for broadcast consideration.

Motown legend Smokey Robinson’s new cosmetic line, My Girl, will launch in the St. Louis area exclusively through GOTV.Original GOTV content includes programs such as: The Loop, a fictional sitcom to be filmed in The Delmar Loop by award-winning filmmaker Dan Byington with area actors, writers and producers, including students from Webster University;Brain Dead and Cooking, a cooking show from Pirate Pictures featuring acclaimed St. Louis chefs and their kitchen tips for a busy lifestyle; the suspense series “Sunshine,” a modern-day Scarface set in St. Louis with a female lead, is being produced by House of Values Productions; and “The April Simpson Show,” with former Fox2 news personality April Simpson, will highlight the talents of St. Louisans and artists from around the country. The channel’s commitment to cultivating the best in local talent, allows area filmmakers a venue to showcase their work to untapped audiences. These selections will include award-winning films by Dan Byington including his documentaryRadio Free St. Louis and Paul Wendell’s dark drama Bedlam Street.
