Michael Keaton Is Ray Kroc In The Awesome Trailer For THE FOUNDER

How do you create a restaurant business and become an overnight success at the age of 52? As Ray Kroc said, “I was an overnight success alright, but 30 years is a long, long night.”

Serving up audiences everywhere this summer comes the first trailer for THE FOUNDER.

This looks great! And who doesn’t love McDonald’s?

Written by Robert Siegel (BIG FAN), THE FOUNDER is a drama that tells the true story of how Ray Kroc (Michael Keaton), a salesman from Illinois, met Mac and Dick McDonald, who were running a burger operation in 1950s Southern California.

Kroc was impressed by the brothers’ speedy system of making the food and saw franchise potential. He maneuvered himself into a position to be able to pull the company from the brothers and create a billion-dollar empire.

Did you know right up until he died on January 14, 1984, Ray Kroc never stopped working for McDonald’s?
