SHAUN THE SHEEP MOVIE Gets One Final Poster Before Opening On August 5
After its big opening in UK cinemas earlier this year, as well as the world premiere in January at the Sundance Film Festival, Aardman Animations’ SHAUN THE SHEEP finally opens stateside on August 5th.
In their review, heyuguys says, “…this timeless story has a whole lot of heart. There’s no bleating about the bush – this truly is another instant, Aardman classic.”

When Shaun decides to take the day off and have some fun, he gets a little more action than he bargained for. A mix up with the Farmer, a caravan, and a very steep hill lead them all to the Big City and it’s up to Shaun and the flock to return everyone safely to the green grass of home.
SHAUN THE SHEEP MOVIE is a StudioCanal and Aardman Animations production, produced by Julie Lockhart and Paul Kewley from Aardman Animations (WALLACE AND GROMIT, CHICKEN RUN), written and directed by Mark Burton and Richard Starzak.
Shaun the Sheep was first seen in Aardman’s Academy winning short “A Close Shave” with WALLACE AND GROMIT.
