Neil Patrick Harris Prepares for The Oscars In New Academy Originals Video
The posters are up all over Hollywood and Oscars 2015 is less than a week away. If you follow the Academy’s official Twitter feed (@TheAcademy), Oscar producers Neil Meron and Craig Zadan have been giving fans daily updates of the show and are in full rehearsal mode at the Dolby Theatre.
From Entertainment Weekly’s cover to “Inside The Actors Studio,” host Neil Patrick Harris has been doing his part in promoting the 87th Oscars. Listen as the first time host talks about following in the famous footsteps of previous emcees.
For movie fans in the Hollywood area during Oscar Week, events at The Academy begin February 17th and run through February 21.
On Tuesday, the Academy kicks off the week as it celebrates the nominated films and filmmakers of the Animated Short Film and Live Action Short Film categories. Actor Sean Astin serves as host for the evening. For more info on Oscar week, click here.

The 87th Oscars will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2015, at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood, and will be televised live on the ABC Television Network at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT. The Oscars, produced by Zadan and Meron, also will be televised live in more than 225 countries and territories worldwide.
