New WOLVERINE Movie Photo Features Hugh Jackman

The official WOLVERINE Facebook page has revealed the latest image of Golden Globe winner Hugh Jackman. Looks like there’s no taming Logan – or his claws – as he prepares for battle in this shot.

Based on the celebrated comic book arc, THE WOLVERINE finds Logan, the eternal warrior and outsider, in Japan. There, samurai steel will clash with adamantium claw as Logan confronts a mysterious figure from his past in an epic battle that will leave him forever changed.

The movie is directed by James Mangold (WALK THE LINE, 3:10 TO YUMA) with a screenplay by Christopher McQuarrie (JACK REACHER) and Mark Bomback (UNSTOPPABLE, TOTAL RECALL 2012).

THE WOLVERINE will be in theaters this summer July 26, 2013.
