Watch The EVIL DEAD Teaser; Full Trailer Debuts Wednesday

Good night nurse – is that a scary picture or what? Anyway here’s a taste of what you’re in store for tomorrow when the red-band trailer comes online for TriStar Pictures’ EVIL DEAD. That’s right… a trailer for a trailer. The anticipated remake of the 1981 cult-hit horror film is from the director and writer of PANIC ATTACK!– Fede Alvarez & Rodo Sayagues Mendez.

In the official synopsis, five twenty-something friends become holed up in a remote cabin. When they discover a Book of the Dead, they unwittingly summon up dormant demons living in the nearby woods, which possess the youngsters in succession until only one is left intact to fight for survival.
The film is produced by Rob Tapert, Sam Raimi (writer and director of the 1981 film) and Bruce Campbell aka “Ash” of the original trilogy.

The EVIL DEAD cast includes Jane Levy, Shiloh Fernandez, Lou Taylor Pucci, Jessica Lucas, and Elizabeth Blackmore.

EVIL DEAD will be in theaters April 12, 2013.
