Van Damme! Lundgren! The New Poster And Trailer For UNIVERSAL SOLDIER 4: DAY OF RECKONING Are Here

More of Jean Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren on the big screen together?!? After seeing them both in THE EXPENDABLES 2, where do I sign? The new trailer for UNIVERSAL SOLDIER 4: DAY OF RECKONING has landed. Also featuring Scott Adkins and Andrei “The Pit Bull” Arlovski, UNIVERSAL SOLDIER 4: DAY OF RECKONING, which ups the ante in the UNIVERSAL SOLDIER series, giving you more hard-hitting, bloody, no-holds-barred fighting action. In other words, totally 80’s!

Magnet Releasing will premiere the film at Fantastic Fest where Dolph Lundgren & Scott Adkins will introduce it. Fantastic Fest will take place September 20-27 in Austin, Texas at the Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar. Director John Hyams last helmed another film in the franchise – UNIVERSAL  SOLDIER: REGENERATION. Fellow WAMG writer Travis Keune will be filing daily updates from Fantastic Fest so be sure to visit the site the week of Sept 20th.

In this latest chapter of the franchise, John (Adkins, The Expendables 2) wakes up from a coma to discover his wife and daughter were slaughtered in a brutal home invasion. Haunted by images of the attack, he vows to kill the man responsible, Luc Deveraux (Van Damme). While John tries to piece his reality back together, things get more complicated when he is pursued by a relentless UniSol (Arlovski). As John gets closer to Deveraux and the rouge army of genetically enhanced warriors led by back-from-the-dead leader Andrew Scott (Lundgren), John discovers more about himself and begins to call into question everything he believed to be true.
