Al Pacino, Steven Bauer, Robert Loggia, F. Murray Abraham Celebrate SCARFACE Blu-ray Release

Fans said hello to one of the greatest gangster movies ever made last night (August 23, 2011) when Universal Studios Home Entertainment reunited the cast and filmmakers of the iconic underworld epic, SCARFACE. Guests were invited to an exclusive event at the Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles to re-experience the explosive power of acclaimed director Brian De Palma’s legendary story of raw ambition. 

Stars Al Pacino, Steven Bauer, Robert Loggia, F. Murray Abraham and producer Martin Bregman came together again to celebrate the legacy of the film that redefined the gangster genre forever and became a cultural touchstone for an entire generation.

The event coincided with the first-time launch of SCARFACE on Blu-ray™ on September 6, 2011. The evening commenced with a special Q & A presentation that featured the film’s stars and creators, and included a special musical performance by recording artist Ludacris.
