William O. Perkins Founder and President of LLeju Productions announced today that Paul Wesley, star of CW’s “The Vampire Diaries” has joined the cast of THE BAYTOWN DISCO. Wesley joins Eva Longoria (Desperate Housewives, The Sentinel) and Billy Bob Thornton (Sling Blade, Bad Santa, Monster’s Ball) on the action comedy directed by Barry Battles, which is currently shooting in Louisiana.

THE BAYTOWN DISCO, featured on 2009’s “Black List” of Hollywood’s top unproduced projects, follows the foibles of three redneck brothers who get more than they bargained for after agreeing to help a woman get her son back from his seemingly-abusive father.

THE BAYTOWN DISCO will follow LLeju’s upcoming theatrical release of the Paz Vega starrer Cat Run on April 1st and The Chameleon, which hits theaters on July 8th and stars Ellen Barkin and Famke Janssen.
