Review: ‘Stiff Jobs’

Our friends at Hack Movies have done it again! Recently made available on DVD is their newest underground comedy called ‘Stiff Jobs’ and once again, the 63-minute feature is packed with offensive humor, crude sex jokes, taboo content and a healthy dose of the old ultra-violence.

The story follows to dangerous hitmen named Wolfrum and Windgate, as they pursue their mark, a perverted fat man with tendencies towards Cuban man-boys. Along the way, the two hitmen encounter various odd characters in the town of Strangeville.

Heavily influenced by the works of Lloyd Kaufman and Troma, Hack Movies will appeal to these fans as well. I’ll come right out and say that these films are not intended for the little kiddies, and certainly not intended for ALL of the big kiddies, either.

‘Stiff Jobs’ looks good. The dudes over at Hack Movies continue to improve and hone their visual style and their finesse with the camera. The film’s structure is (fittingly) similar to ‘Pulp Fiction’ with it being broken up into titled chapters and follows a somewhat non-linear path of storytelling.

With an amazingly off-beat and hilarious line-up of costumed characters, extreme situations, and respectably successful low-budget effects, ‘Stiff Jobs’ is sure to please the discerning fan of cult underground shock comedy. As an added bonus, Hack Movies has included 3 hours of bonus materials on the DVD for your enjoyment.

Check out Hack Movies‘s Official Website, where you can get this DVD and all sorts of other twisted goodies!
