My last interview at Comic Con was with the cast and crew of Comedy Central’s new show, Krod Mandoon and the Flaming Sword of Fire. I spoke with the stars of the show, Sean Maguire and India de Beaufort, as well as the creator/writer Peter Knight and writer/producer Brad Johnson. Check out the video below to hear them talk a little about the show, the characters and the inspiration behind it.

I think this has the potential to be a really great show and the preview (available here) is good for a few laughs. (“Oak†) I’m looking forward to catching the premiere on Comedy Central on Thursday April 9th to see for myself. I like the idea and I had a great time talking with the cast/crew so hopefully this turns into a hit.

Speaking of hit TV shows, does anyone remember the WB series Off Centre? OK, so the show had poor ratings and barely made a blip but it was a hit show in my mind. I absolutely loved it and even still have some of old VHS tapes of a few episodes that I recorded. Well, I wasn’t going to let my interview with one of the stars of the show go by without asking him when the hell it was coming to DVD. Unfortunately, he had no clue but suggested I start a petition to get it on DVD. So that’s just what I did. Check out the video below of Sean Maguire and the rest of the Krod Mandoon group talking about Off Centre. Then go to www.ipetitions.com/petition/GetOff to sign the official We Are Movie Geeks Petition to Get Off Centre on DVD.

What did you think of the interview? Will you be watching Krod Mandoon on April 9th? Would you buy Off Centre on DVD? Let me know.
