Box Office Results Feb. 6-8: Crowds are ‘Just Not That Into’ … ‘Push’!
Women rule port Feb. 6-8the box office this weekend with the romantic comedy ‘He’s Just Not That Into You’ raking in $27 million dollars to claim the top spot. Steve Martin’s second run as Jacques Clouseau in Pink Panther 2 was only able to stumble to the fourth spot on the list with $12 million. The disappointment of the week was the futuristic action flick ‘Push’ , that only brought in $10 million and opened in sixth spot. Clint Eastwood and his mint condition ‘Gran Torino stayed in the top 10 for the weekend with $ 7 million and has netted over $120 million since it’s release nine weeks ago. Here is how the top ten looked this past weekend:

We will have to see what rises and what falls next weekend when another group of heavy hitters open at the local theaters. Clive Owen’s new thriller ‘The International and the big baddie from Camp Crystal Lake, Jason, is slicing his way back into theaters in the re-make of Friday the 13Th. There is also another one for the ladies ‘Confessions of a Shopoholic’ with Isla Fisher is charging her way into theaters this weekend. I’m putting my money on the big guy with the machete!
