‘Underworld: Rise of the Lycans’ Not Completely Beckinsale-free

According to Shock Till You Drop, ‘Underworld: Rise of the Lycans’ will actually have an appearance by Kate Beckinsale. Â  In a way. Â  After previewing a number of scenes from the new film, one crew member revealed to them that the film would begin and end with Selene, Beckinsale’s “Death Dealer”.

However, before you get your hopes up too much, this will not be new footage. Â  Instead, they are incorporating footage from the original, 2003 ‘Underworld’ into the film to bookend the story.
