Clive Owen Going to ‘Cartagena’

How Clive Owen didn’t get Bond will always remain a mystery to me. Â  I know Daniel Craig is doing just fine in the part, but Owen is perfect for the role.

Just saying.

Anyway, Owen has signed on to star in ‘Cartagena’, a drug dealer thriller where Owen plays  undercover agent who gets caught in a complex plot and must elude drug dealers and international agents if he hopes to survive.   The project is named for a city on Colombia’s northern coast that has a colorful history featuring wars, robust economic activity and tourist development.

‘Cartagena’ will be written by Michael Ross (‘Turistas’) and produced under Mark Cuban’s 2929 Productions.
