‘Take Flight’ documents Oldman’s Creative Process

Oh, man… I am so dying to see this. I came across a very brief entry about this on JoBlo.com and had to find more about it. Gary Oldman apparently shot a music video for the Jewish hip hop band Chutzpah… and he shot it entirely on Nokia cell phones (plug!).

Anyway, actress Juliet Landau originally was shooting this little behind-the-scenes bit, but it ended up becoming a 25-minute digital cinematic glimpse into the creative process of Gary Oldman. I’ll let the website explain further, which gives lots of good details regarding the various aspects of what went into this unexpected gem.

As for seeing the film… yeah, I can only hope and pray I somehow get to eventually see this in its entirety either on DVD or online. For those of you in Hollywood, enjoy your “convenient” screenings… I’m jealous!
