‘Mall Cop’ viral marketing video …

I’m sure many of you have already seen this “viral” marketing video pop up somewhere on the net, but here’s the short and not-so-sweet of it … Kevin James’ new movie ‘Mall Cop’ looks to be about as entertaining as his last big flop ‘I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry’ and that even had Sandler in it. Anyway, this video is cruising around the web and it mightbe funny if it were, oh… say, 2 minutes shorter. The full length is 2 minutes and 30 seconds, containing the same basic gag (and an ancient one at that) over and over and over… I hope this isn’t a strong taste of what’s to come. If the filmmaker’s here want to know how to make a truly great (and funny) mall movie, they need only look to Kevin Smith and the infinite wisdom of ‘Mallrats’ …
