What the heck is up with the ‘Hancock’ Japanese poster?

This poster doesn’t make any sense..at all! It literally looks nothing like the other ‘Hancock’ posters, nor does it really look anything like the movie! They are really pulling on the eagle thing with this poster. Not only was the movie crappy, this poster seems misleading, or maybe they REALLY need to rely on Will Smith to sell this movie overseas.
