Tim Burton sees ‘Alice’ in Mia …

Director Tim Burton has apparently taken the next step and has announced he’s discovered his lead for his remake of ‘Alice in Wonderland’. The young Australian actress Mia Wasikowska (Rogue) has been selected to slip into Alice’s shoes and go for the journey of her life. Burton is directing a script written by  Linda Woolverton, which has some wondering whether we’ll be seeing a darker version of ‘Alice’ or just another Disney version, especially since Disney is the backing studio.
