Christian Bale Trading in the Cape for the Bow & Arrow!

When Sienna Miller is wandering around in Sherwood Forest filming Nottingham, the new film from Ridley Scott, she will come face to face with the Batman. Christian Bale is in negotiation to trade in his cape and cowl for a bow and arrow as Robin Hood. So the rest of the Hollywood heavies joining Miller and bale are Russell Crowe (Sheriff of Nottingham) and William Hurt and Vanessa Redgrave as the King and Queen. An announcement should be made sometime next week when wardrobe fittings begin. The film is scheduled to start shooting by the end of the year (if there is no strike). Look for the film to hit theaters in November 2009.
