Young Cyclops has been cast …

An unknown Aussie actor by the name of Tim Pocock has been cast as a young Scott Summers, AKA Cyclops, in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Good luck finding any info on this kid as he doesn’t have an IMDB page so who knows what he has under his belt.

The thing that pisses me off is this is technically the 3rd role that they are recasting for this movie. They replaced Tyler Mane as Sabertooth with Liev Schreiber. William Stryker will be played by Danny Huston and not Brian Cox, and now Cyclops will be played by this kid instead of James Marsden. Granted,  two of the three roles here are the “young” versions of the characters but still, they used special effects to make Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart look younger in Last Stand.

All that and it wasn’t even an issue of the previous guys not wanting to do it, they all were on board with reprising the roles!
