. | Lionsgate has officially greenlit development on a movie adaptation of Pencilneck, an independent comic book created by Victor Carungi. The crime thriller mini-series will be produced by Chris Spender and J.C. Spink, who’ve been on a comic book binge recently. Pencilneck tells the story of an average-joe banker must help the mafia rob his employer in order to save his brother. When the scam goes bad, the mob takes the banker hostage, but he flips out and goes on a killing rampage. |
