Shia LaBeouf is getting arrested … again!

A $1,000 bench warrant was issued for Shia LaBeouf today after he failed to appear in court.

The Transformers star was cited for lighting up in a non-smoking shopping area in Burbank, California last month and was scheduled to appear in court early on Tuesday. Authorities have issued a $1,000 bench warrant for his arrest, according to Tmz.com. LaBeouf’s latest legal woe comes just a few months after the actor was arrested for trespassing in a Chicago, Illinois drugstore. The 21-year-old was charged with a public misdemeanour in November , after refusing to leave the store while drunk. The charges were later dropped. ”
