‘Terminator 4’ gets Release Date

So we’ve all heard about the fourth, and presumably final, Terminator movie and we’ve probably all snickered and moaned at some point. We’ve also likely been secretly hiding our interest in seeing the movie as well. Come on, we all do it. Well, Warner Brothers has now officially announced the release date for May 22, 2009 on Memorial Day weekend. Keep in mind, we’ll have Christian Bale (Batman Begins) leading humankind’s effort against SkyNet’s terminator forces as John Connor. Personally, I’m getting into the groove of the franchise once more, especially with Bale attached and production slated to begin on May 5 in Mexico. My renewed interest had begun with the television series Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, which I resisted right up to the premiere, which I captured on my DVR and am now watching the show quite religiously. We all have our weak moments.
