Jarmusch enlists Murray, Swinton & Bernal

If you’ve read the Meet the Makers edition on Jim Jarmusch, you may have noticed a fondness towards his style of film-making. So, it should be no surprise that I’ve been digging around on the Internet for his next project … and now I’ve found it. Jarmusch will return to the slate with The Limits of Control, due out in theatres some time in 2009. No word yet on exactly when production will begin, nor is there much news out there regarding the plot details other than it appears to be a road movie of sorts, and that Isaach de Bankole’ (Chocolat, Ghost Dog) will play some sort of a loner outlaw doing a job in Spain. Other than that, we have a nice casting announcement in that Bill Murray will return to work with Jarmusch along with Tilda Swinton (Michael Clayton, Broken Flowers)Â  and Gael Garcia Bernal (The Science of Sleep).
