10000 BC gets March 8th Release Date

I am really excited about this movie, Roland Emmerich typically does some great things with CGI as we saw with Independence Day, and The Day After Tomorrow. Steven Strait and Camilla Belle star in this movie, and although alot of people didnt like Steven in the Covenant, I thought he did a great job in the movie, and hell I thought the movie was pretty enjoyable. Im not saying it should have won awards, but it was a good time.

“As a member of a primitive tribe during the dawn of man, 21-year-old mammoth hunter D’Leh (Steven Strait) travels through unknown lands on a quest to rescue his people from extinction.^[1] D’Leh, leading an army, uncovers a lost civilization while in pursuit of a warlord who kidnapped his love, Evolet (Camilla Belle). D’Leh and his army encounter saber-toothed cats, mammoths and other prehistoric creatures in the journey to save his tribe.^“

This movie has had some uphill battles to overcome but it looks like its finally going to see some light on March 8, 2008 after 2 push backs.
