The elegant, period ghost story follows young lawyer Arthur Kipps (Daniel Radcliffe), who has been dispatched to the small village of Crythin Gifford to close an estate - a house he soon discovers has a bad reputation in town, as locals have spotted a “Woman in Black,” indeed a ghost of the occupant who died years before. With the children of the village in danger from the Woman in Black’s wrath, Arthur seeks to appease the spectral forces and put the town, and himself, at peace. The film also stars Ciaran Hinds and Tony Award winner, Oscar nominee Janet McTeer. Produced by Talisman Films in association with Hammer Films.

Strange noises, lights going on and off, things moving on their own,
things going bump in the night, oh wait that was my wife stubbing her toe!!
Messages on the wall telling you to leave this house.
Cold spots in the room, seeing strange mists or shadows floating thru your house. Strange noises, my dogs looking at a spot in the room with their ears up and tails wagging like someone is talking to them.
Seeing your bed dip down as if someone is sitting beside you, but there is no one there.
Strange noises, flashing lights, stuff moving from it’s spot
Cold parts of the house…you know that creepy rush of cold air in certain parts of the house..
Cold spots, slight breezes that quickly vanish, the feeling someone is watching you when no one is in the room…spooky!
Cold spots, definitely! Feeling uneasy in certain areas, hearing steps when you are alone in the house.
Ghosts, of course.
Let start with shadow figures, cold spots, weird noises, and lights flickering. Signs that you should move out basically.

Waking up to the bathroom faucet being turned on full blast and the water is still hot….happened at my house last year. Oh and of course when you see someone walk by out of the corner of your eye. That always happens to me when I’m home alone and its creepy!

Feeling of not being alone when you are, cold spots in an otherwise warm room, things moving from where you put them, see shadows, hear talking when you’re alone, and sounds of someone walking across the floor when there is nobody there.
STRANGE SHADOWS OUT OF THE CORNER OF YOUR EYE, COLD SPOTS, ITEMS FLYING OFF SHELVES RANDOMLY, SMALL WHISPERS WHEN NO ONE ELSE IS HOME, THINGS CRASHING, DOORS SLAMMING SHUT, FOOTSTEPS GOING UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS, A CREEPY ATTIC WITH SEVERAL ANCIENT PAPERS AND CREEPY PORCELAIN DOLLS, A CEMETARY A FEW FEET FROM YOUR HOUSE, YOUR HOUSE WAS BUILT ON AN ANCIENT INDIAN BURIAL GROUND, OR SOMEONE HAS DIED IN THE HOUSE!!!!!!
sure signs of ghosts are strange dreams/awakenings…smells/scents…sounds…temp changes…prickly feeling on back of neck, no one else is around…

When you see shadows in the dark
old school chains rattlin’ in the attic.
Items moving to the edge of the shelf; rugs moving; strange noises.
I leave a cigarette and shot of Meyer’s rum on the dining room table before I go to sleep at night…….in the morning the shot glass is empty , a cigarette butt is in the ashtray and occasionally a note is left behind saying simply Thanks Edie.

There are doors opening by themselves, unexplained noises throughout the day and night, missing items, and certain areas in the house that are much colder than others.

Seeing figures walk through a room out of the corner of your eye but there is no one there when you look and no one in the house with the same physical description.
Your house is definitely haunted see people in the mirror that arent actually there in the room with you!
Anything that goes bump in the night…dogs/cats barking/hissing at nothing…things being moved by themselves…floating specks…etc, etc, etc
When your house is haunted, you will know. I mean seriously, we all know the signs that something else is there with us. That deep feeling in your guts that something bad is about to happen, and you hope and pray that it leaves you alone. Sometimes you get lucky, and sometimes you die…
Your house may be haunted if:
1. You begin hearing sounds at night other than they “just the house settling” variety.
2. Things move by themsleves (either within or out of your line of site) i.e. books flying off of shelves, chairs sliding, doors slamming, knives inexplicably launched at your head.
3. All of your pets run away seimultaneously, or conversly, you find your house suddenly surrounded by cats or black birds.\
4. If you have recently moved into town, and your neighbors avoid you like the plague, or rumors about your house persist in town.
5. Most importantly, your children behave irratically, stop speaking, start speaking to themselves, suddenly devote all of their time to “imaginary friends”, turn grey or begin vomiting pea soup.
