Family Adventure. “Dolphin Tale” is inspired by the amazing true story of a brave dolphin and the compassionate strangers who banded together to save her life. Swimming free, a young dolphin is caught in a crab trap, severely damaging her tail. She is rescued and transported to the Clearwater Marine Hospital, where she is named Winter. But her fight for survival has just begun. Without a tail, Winter’s prognosis is dire. It will take the expertise of a dedicated marine biologist, the ingenuity of a brilliant prosthetics doctor, and the unwavering devotion of a young boy to bring about a groundbreaking miracle—a miracle that might not only save Winter but could also help scores of people around the world. The real Winter, who plays herself in “Dolphin Tale,” today serves as a symbol of courage, perseverance and hope to millions of people—both able and disabled—who have been touched by her remarkable story of recovery and rehabilitation.

My favorite film is Free Willie, a good movie of about family and friendship.
To me it would be JAWS, directed by Steven Spielberg in 1975. This film had everything you needed for a great horror thriller film. The film had fear, desperation and suspense.A small resort town is gripped by fear because of a giant man eating great white shark, what do they do.Then you have man against beast when Robert Shaw(the shark hunter)takes on the challenge of killing the great white shark, who will win him or the shark.Just a great movie.
jAWs
finding nemo
water mammal movies suck
Finding Nemo. To me this was a good Walt Disney animated family friendly movie ,with a heart warming story about a easily frightened clownfish who goes on a journey to find and bring home his son who has been captured in the Great Barrier Reef and takened to Sydney
My favorite water mammal film is:
Finding Nemo is a nice feel good movie, and BEAUTIFUL colors in the movie
Free Willy! It was just a great movie.
Yeah, would have to be Free Willy!
Finding Nemo!
FREE WILLY was a wonderful, family movie with a great message about friendship and trust.
I guess I am going to have to say Free Willy…It was a wonderful story.
Though I love Finding Nemo and Jaws…those are actually not mammals…so they don’t count.
I have a feeling though that after seeing this film, it will be my favorite! I have heard of Winter’s story because I have an aunt who lives in Clearwater and she knows how much I love dolphins, so would cut out the articles from the paper down there. I’m excited that this movie will bring attention to Clearwater Marine Aquarium and generate some revenue for them to keep up their work as a rescue facility!
My favorite is Free Willy.
Free Willy. It was a real touching movie to me.
