Relativity Media’s Comic Con 2011 Photos Include HAYWIRE, THE RAVEN, IMMORTALS, & SHARK NIGHT 3D

Relativity Media has sent us their preview of the photos from HAYWIRE, THE RAVEN, IMMORTALS, AND SHARK NIGHT 3D to be shown at Comic Con 2011.

Relativity will release David Ellis’ Shark Night 3D on September 2, 2011, followed by Marc Forster’s Machine Gun Preacher on September 23, 2011, then the highly-anticipated Immortals on November 11, 2011, starring Henry Cavill, Stephen Dorff, Isabel Lucas, Freida Pinto, Luke Evans and Kellan Lutz with John Hurt and Mickey Rourke. Relativity’s expansive 2012 slate also includes its Haywire (in theatres January 20, 2012), Act of Valor (in theatres February 17, 2012), The Raven (in theatres March 9, 2012), Untitled Farrelly/Wessler Project (in theatres April 13, 2012), House at the End of the Street (in theatres April 20, 2012), Safe Haven (in theatres June 1, 2012) and Hunter Killer (in theatres December 21, 2012).

Directed by James McTeigue (V for Vendetta) and starring John Cusack (2012, 1408), THE RAVEN is a fictionalized account of the final days of gothic writer Edgar Allan Poe as he tracks a serial killer whose crimes mirror works by the famous author.

The film also stars Luke Evans (Immortals, Clash of the Titans), Alice Eve (Sex and the City 2), Brendan Gleeson (Harry Potter Series) and Oliver Jackson-Cohen (Faster). The script was written by Ben Livingston (Bruce Almighty) and Hannah Shakespeare (Loverboy).

Mixed martial arts (MMA) superstar Gina Carano (American Gladiators) makes her feature film debut, starring and performing her own high-adrenaline stunts. The film’s talented cast also includes Channing Tatum (GI Joe: Rise of the Cobra), Ewan McGregor (The Ghost Writer), Michael Fassbender (X-Men: First Class), Antonio Banderas (Desperado), Bill Paxton (Titanic), Michael Douglas (Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps) and Michael Angarano (Almost Famous).

In HAYWIRE, an electrifying tale of espionage and betrayal, a female covert ops specialist (Carano), who works in the deadly world of international operatives, strikes back after discovering she’s been double-crossed by someone close to her in the agency. The film is produced by Gregory Jacobs (Ocean’s Trilogy) and written by Lem Dobbs (The Limey).

From the producers of 300, Gianni Nunnari, Mark Canton, and Relativity’s CEO Ryan Kavanaugh, IMMORTALS tells the story of the ruthless King Hyperion (Rourke), who leads his bloodthirsty army on a murderous rampage across Greece to find a deadly weapon that will destroy humanity. A mortal chosen by Zeus named Theseus (Cavill) must lead the fight against Hyperion and his evil army with the fate of mankind and the Gods at Stake.

IMMORTALS stars Henry Cavill (Superman: Man of Steel), Luke Evans (Robin Hood), Kellan Lutz (Twilight), Isabel Lucas (Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen), Freida Pinto (Slumdog Millionaire), Mickey Rourke (Iron Man 2), Stephen Dorff (Public Enemies) and John Hurt (Hellboy).

SHARK NIGHT 3D is directed by David R. Ellis (The Final Destination, Final Destination 2, Cellular) and stars Sara Paxton, Dustin Milligan, Katharine McPhee, Chris Carmack, Alyssa Diaz, Joel David Moore, Donal Logue, Sinqua Walls and Chris Zylka. The Sierra Pictures and Incentive Filmed Entertainment project was penned by Jesse Studenberg and Will Hayes and is being produced by Chris Briggs and Mike Fleiss via their NextFilms banner, and Lynette Howell via the Silverwood Films banner.

The plot surrounds a group of college friends spending a weekend at a house on the lake, only to find that danger lurks beneath its waters.
