Vincent Price on The Tonight Show in 1973: “There’s never been a ‘Vincent Price Day’ in St. Louis”

In a 1973 interview on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, Vincent Price lamented that there had never been a ‘Vincent Price Day’ in St. Louis. We’re going to make up for that slight in May with ‘Vincentennial, the Vincent Price 100th Birthday Celebration’ here in his home town. Vincentennial will consist of two exhibits, a stage play, two publications and a comprehensive 10-day long film festival to be kicked off by Roger Corman and capped by a presentation by Victoria Price, author of Vincent Price, a Daughter’s Biography. All the details about Vincentennial can be found here at We Are Movie Geeks.com, www.vincentennial.com, or at the Vincentennial facebook page HERE.
