Liam Neeson just can’t seem to get anyone to remember him in the new film UNKNOWN. Luckily, we have tickets to an advanced screening of this film… for all of you that DO know who he is!

The screening for UNKNOWN will be Tuesday February 15, 2011 in SOUTH COUNTY at 7pm.

SYNOPSIS:

Dr. Martin Harris (Liam Neeson) awakens after a car accident in Berlin to discover that his wife (January Jones) suddenly doesn’t recognize him and another man (Aidan Quinn) has assumed his identity.  Ignored by disbelieving authorities and hunted by assassins, he finds himself alone, tired, and on the run.

On his own in a strange country, Martin seeks aid from an unlikely and reluctant source (Diane Kruger) as he plunges headlong into a deadly mystery that will force him to question his sanity, his identity, and just how far he’s willing to go to uncover the truth.
“Unknown” was directed by Jaume Collet-Serra (“Orphan”), from a screenplay by Oliver Butcher & Stephen Cornwell, based on the novel by Didier van Cauwelaert.

  2. In much the same way as Russell Crowe fights ’round the world, Liam Neeson participated in boxing as a young Irish lad. However, he broke his nose in an accident at age 15.

    Boxing, his boxing club was called the All Saints Club.

  4. Neeson was a boxer as a teen-ager in Northern Ireland, which resulted in getting his nose broken at the age of 15. Nevertheless, he went on to win the Irish Youth Championship. A brief blackout after one of his fights, however, caused him to give up the ring for good

  8. If it were not for a broken nose and repeated blows to the head, causing blackouts while Boxing we would not be enjoying Liam on the big screen.

  26. Liam was into boxing as a teen where he got his broken nose and too many hits in the head caused blackouts. He also had a talnt for football while at Queens University in Belfast, but he only substituted in one game and never got a contract.
