Think laptops, desktops, bedrooms, RV's, in-vehicle DVD players, kids rooms, the list is endless. As for cost, I doubt it costs more than a few cents to add DVD to a Blu-ray. Given a choice, however, I would rather have a separate DVD than a flipper disk. That way the kids can take a movie upstairs and leave daddy's Blu-Ray disc alone! Besides, the double sided HD-DVD's in my collection have tiny text in the center of the disk that can be very hard to read.
