Her performance was the only thing that warrants that film any memory past a year, other than the soundtrack. But I do agree with you that her performance was overshadowed by Townsend and Perez. Perez yes, Townsend, NO. I would have expected him to be on your list rather than Aaliyah. He was practically the prototype for Edward Cullen. Townsends one note acting and downright borefest of Lestat was the films most unforgiving vice, other than the underuse of Aaliyah. Yes the film is bad, but blame it on the writers, director and producers for not giving us what was promised in the title, The Queen of The Damned.
