First Look at Tom Cruise in ‘Wichita’
It’s always interesting to see A) what actors are willing to do in terms of stunts and B) what the financiers behind a film are willing to let their $20-million lead do for the sake of a stunt. Here, courtesy of Splash News, we have our first look at Tom Cruise on the set of James Mangold new action comedy, ‘Wichita.’
Needless to say, this doesn’t look like it’s going to be much of a soft landing.
‘Wichita’ centers on a woman, played by Cameron Diaz, who, during a blind date, finds herself caught up in an adventure with a super spy, played by Cruise. The film is set for release next Summer on July 2nd.
WOW! Tom does his own stunts. This why I love Tom Cruise.

It seems as if my treasured thesbian Tom Cruise is up to it again. He’s a new picture coming out with Cameron Diaz and it looks like it’s going to be a great one particular, I just genuinely appreciate Tom Cruise movies, I think he’s really very good at these kinds of action films. This latest fillm is an action-comedy centered on a fugitive couple on a glamorous and at times deadly adventure where nothing and no one particular – even themselves – are what they seem to be. In the middle of moving alliances and unanticipated betrayals, they race across the entire world, with their survival ultimately dependant on the battle of truth against trust- I struggles to wait for this to come out.
