Since all three seasons are going to be available on DVD, can they stop showing it on TV and get back to showing cartoons?
Call me crazy, but I figure that's what one would expect to see on Cartoon Network…
you're crazy
I know…
I think I'm just going to have to turn on MTV and watch some reality tv shows…
and just wtf are you doing on this page anyway?!
complaining about the current line up of adult swim.
what are you doing on this page?
Being a fan. Get lost seriously go mess up some other page that cares what you think loser!
Most help articles on the web are incaucrate or incoherent. Not this!
yous retarded, the show is pretty much a live action cartoon. You don't see that!? Its completely appropriate to be on adult swim.
I think it'll be alright Howard, they're Mod wolves. And I'm King of the Mods ;o)
I already bought the British versions, but I'm still going to buy the American ones! It's so worth it. Wish I could make it to LA, but a friend of mine is going. This is great!
What's going on it LA? They haven't announced something for here have they?
AH SO EXCITED!
PSHHHHH IIIIIII got so excited when I saw they were FINALLY bringing the boosh to Cartoon network! The boosh RAWKS! I f*cking love it!
The Boosh are on facebook and they are doing a DJ set in San Diego and ComiCon next weekend July 25-26, signing in LA July 28th!

But they do care here. That is why they added the comments section. If they didn't want people to talk about what they posted, then they wouldn't have added it.
Likewise, the comment system that they are using is Intense Debate. I'm not sure if you are aware of the definition of the word "debate" but you may want to look it up just to be sure. Here, let me help you:
1. a discussion, as of a public question in an assembly, involving opposing viewpoints
2. a formal contest in which the affirmative and negative sides of a proposition are advocated by opposing speakers.
It does go on from there, but I'm sure that you can get the general idea from those two lines.
That being so, I may have to advise that perhaps you are on the wrong page. As this is not Mightybooshisthegreatest.com you are bound to run into a comment or two that runs contrary to your viewpoint.
Well said.
It’s ridiculous how angry fangirls get on the web. If they start arguments with people who aren’t as obsessed they somehow think the boosh boys are all gonna ask to be their best friends
Shame I’m not in the area till august. I wanted to meet bollo.
Adam you are a dick. You need to get the fuck off your high horse, you can get high and watch cartoons all day being a total loser that you are or you can waste your time bitching like 5 year old. Oh no… a half hour of no cartoons at one in the morning one day a week. This show has a cult following in the UK and is just reaching america and some people are actually excited to see it being aired on cable television the fact that cartoon network sees its potential and gave it a chance to cross borders. These guys are legitimate comedians with legitimate performance and writing experience and they deserve the slot more than some hacks with coloring books a computer and a bullshit script with zero plot or character depth. Cartoon Network sees the comedic absurdity in the Mighty Boosh and Cartoon Network airs it because of its cartoon like properties as it combines reality with creatures and environments from the writers imagination. Its no sitcom and i see no more appropriate channel to pick up the series. All in all get stuffed you blue burk.
Since Adult Swim is only a few hours at night, I would hardly call that all day. Also, you seem to be bitching quite a bit more than I am.
Likewise, I can hardly see how you can call the rest of the line up as hacks with a coloring book, then prop up a couple of guys with a crappy home made gorilla costume…

O lame i was expecting you to copy and paste the definition of cartoon from wikipedia. But seeing as your an expert on debate you have not proposed anything that debunks my points and have therefore lost this debate. I declare victory for all mighty boosh fans in the fight to defend its cartoon network time slot. I hope that every time it airs you whine to your "friends" on xbox live.
What claims am I refuting? That I watch cartoons all day? Well, I could show you a pay check that shows where I work for 40+ hours a week, but I have direct deposit, and I would rather not just post that information around the internet.
Should I refute that it has a cult following? I don't really see why I would want to or should. Many things have cult followings, that doesn't necessarily make them good, just ask Lisa McPherson.
Do you want me to refute that the other shows on Adult Swim are done by hacks with coloring books? Well, considering that they all have, at the least, cult followings, it would place them right up there with Boosh.
Continuing with that line, and since you want it:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cartoon
That is the wikipedia article for cartoon. Just skimming that article, I find nothing in regards to a live action, non animated show. That being so, I would say that the hacks here in the US that have cult followings and actual animated shows have a better reason to be on Cartoon Network.
As to you winning any kind of debate, I could state that since you started off with ad hominem attacks, you are the one that lost.

Exactly my point you are retarded I never said the boosh was a cartoon. I said it has properties that conflict with reality. Insults are what you deserve for being so closed minded when it comes to late night entertainment to want more of the same shit tell me the difference in humor between metalacolypse and super jail. And having a job makes you cool ? Cult following of the mighty boosh isnt in america and the point of giving it a time slot is to see if it can breach the continental gap. Its not overplayed and just because it has off beat british humor you get all flustered and complain about missing robot chicken reruns. I mean im a fan of adult swim and i like the other shows but one half hour slot a week is not too much change to deserve a whining.
You know what else has properties that conflict with reality? ALF, Bewitched, Buffy and Baywatch all would conflict with reality, and none would really have a place on Adult Swim. As for my being close minded, I watch all kinds of stuff, I just don't care for Boosh. Are you saying that my not liking this show makes me close minded? I also don't watch Metalacolypse, so I'm afraid that I couldn't give you the comparison that you ask for.
What I really love is how you keep trying to add to what I have said. Lets take a look back shall we?
First I said that they should get back to cartoons. A legitimate excuse, I tune into cartoon network for cartoons. Just like if I tune my radio to easy listening, I wouldn't expect to hear Metalica, I wouldn't expect to hear Lil' Jon.
After that first statement, I made a remark about watching reality shows on MTV. MTV used to show music all the time. Then they started to show other things, and now it seems that it's always reruns of Road Rules. I would hate to have Cartoon Network do the same thing. They've already added a reality show to the line up. But that was said as more of a joke, I'm sure one so worldly in the ways of humor saw that right away though.
Then I replied to Jen's question as to what I was doing there by stating that I was complaining about the lineup. That in itself wasn't a complaint, but an explanation of what the first comment was about. Following that, she advised me that I didn't belong on this part of the internet due to the beliefs I expressed in my first comment. I then showed her how I saw that I did indeed believe that I do belong here.
Then you enter the picture. You seem to have read that first little remark, and then skipped to the end of my conversation with Jen to advise me of my dickishness, seeming to think that everything that I said was an attack on this show. While I will admit, the crappy gorilla costume comment wasn't that nice, it is still pretty accurate.
In the end, I'm not exactly sure why you are so upset. You seem to be taking everything I type as a personal insult against you. If it's just a half hour time slot, why are you so upset about it?
Adam, you said you dont like the mighty boosh, but you are here, on a page about mighty boosh t-shirts and dvd's anyway. why? I dont want to get in an arguement, im just asking a question i thought needed to be asked.
it's not a page about mighty boosh. It's a single posting on a page that I visit. I made a single comment on this post, and it seems that I have somehow seems to have gotten the collective panties of Boosh fans in a knot.
I want the t shirt. Is it only available at Comicon? Can't go. would go if I could but can't . Need t as consolation prize.
Hi! I love Mighty Boosh too, so surrealistic and fun. I've just made a mix of Lady Gaga's "Love Game" with the Mighty Boosh's original dialog. Check it out on my site!: DJ Bread n Butter
