Okay so this will really date me. I was about six when King Kong versus Godzilla was released. Yes it is very dated now, all rubber suited actors and mini sets. That wasn't even state of the art in the sixties. I remeber standing in line for an hour to see it with all of my friends from school. we were debating about who would win this battle. it costed .35 and the b movie was the incredible Shrinking Man. We got two cartoon and previews.

. So Yo think that the Greaaaaatest action duo of alllllll time is Stallone and Russell????. The Greeeaatest??? Alllll time? Tango and Cash is the GREEEAAATEST action Movie of all time. Not of you can think of at least 20 better movies or movie pairings? And I am the one with sand up my ass. No Butch and Sundance, No Bonnie and Clyde, No Duel of the Titans when Steve(Hercules) Reeves met Gordon(Tarzan) Scott. No thunderbolt and Lightfoot.
No King Kong Vs Godzilla. No Long kiss goodbye or French Connection. Nope, the Heavyweight Champion of the World is Tango and Cash. ok, with that I'm back to chillin on the beach and watching Rio Bravo and the Sons of Katie Elder and trying to avoid sandcrabs.

so this will include almost every movie made which really makes it ridiculous that Tango is on top. King kong and Godzilla, Alien and Predator, Ford and Hauer, Keaton and Nicholson, Dunnaway and Beatty, Bogart and Edward G Robinson,, Steve Reeves and Gordon Scott, Eastwood and J. Bridges, Sam Jackson and Gina Davis, Kirk Douglas and Burt Lancaster, statham and Li, John Wayne and Dean Martin, Lee Marvin and Jane Fonda, hell even laurel and hardy would be placed above stallone.

this link stinks, Dolph and Van Damme were enemies as were Van Damme and Bolo. And Tango and Cash at no.1? How about the following:

I would submit to you that the one you are desperately missing from this list would be the combo of Will Smith and Martin Lawrence from both "Bad Boys" films (or at least #2). I think those films played the "buddy cop" action film up to the same level as Tango and Cash and was able to successfully blend in a lot more comedy. That and, come on, it's Will Smith; how is he not golden!
