I saw it Saturday and enjoyed it. I didn't love it and I was glad I saw the matinee, but it was decent. The first 20 minutes of it were the best and gave me the same great feeling as the first one, but it dulled down after that with the things like you mentioned above with the counseling sequence (would have been funny had it not been as long as it was) and the wannabe Maury moment. But I still enjoyed seeing Statham do what he does best and enjoyed it for what it was; a completely over the top buffet of gore, profanity, sex, and badassery.

But I really look forward to Crank 3: Slippery When Wet. I'm going to guess they'll take his hypothalmus and give him a shoddy implant, causing him to sweat profusely and dehydrate every 20 minutes. Boom, I'd like some residuals please!

I have not seen Crank 2, and proably won't. But the last time we saw our hero, he was dead as dead could be (having fallen 60 stories from a copter after being poisoned by a toxin with no known cure that totally shut down his heart. I saw the preview and I got one question...........what the hell could anyone possible want with his heart? I have a couple of other questions too, but I believe I will get the answers when it comes out on DVD. I really loved Crank and any of you geeks who hasn't seen it, head to a video store.
