Statham, while I do like him (ok, except for 'The Bank Job', but that wasn't his fault), is an action guy. Bronson's 'Mechanic' was not a big action guy. He was understated, methodical and deadly. Putting Jason Statham into this role will bend the movie far away from the original, more reboot than remake. Oh noes!
