Columbus’ 1492 Welcomes Us to ‘Hoxford’

Chris Columbus appears to be going the horror route. Ă‚  According to Variety, his production company of 1492 has picked up the film rights to the horror graphic novel, ‘Welcome to Hoxford.’ Ă‚  No screenwriter or director has been announced yet.

The graphic novel tells the story ofĂ‚  a psychiatrist who must team with a deeply disturbed patient in order to escape werewolves who run an institution for the criminally insane. Ă‚  Ben Templesmith, who co-penned the comic series “30 Days of Night” created “Hoxford.”
