Scott blogs Sundance Film Festival 2009: Day 2

The festival is officially underway and things are going pretty well so far. Today I hit 5 movies starting off with ‘Tyson’ this morning at 8:30 am. Typically this is a ridiculous time to wake up especially when I have no obligations, except you our faithful readers. After ‘Tyson‘ we hung around and did some work at head quarters, I wrote a couple of reviews and then we hit the new Sam Rockwell movie ‘Moon’. My expectations were pretty high for ‘Moon‘ and I don’t want to say that I was disappointed by any stretch of the imagination, but it wasn’t as absolutely amazing as I hoped it would be.
Running most of the day on Full Throttle, Nutri-Grain bars, and a banna nutt muffin from Starbucks.

After hanging out at a pretty cool pub/restaurant called Squatters we headed back over to catch ‘Humpday‘ and ‘Toe to Toe‘ at the Yarrow. ‘Humpday’ is definitely the current festival favorite, and is very deserving.
After the movie we trekked back to the condo for some sleep.
