Is the Chilling Classics version the 126 minute cut? A shortened version used to play at St. Louis Drive-Ins in the early 80's under the title HATCHET MURDERS and it's that 98 minute cut that used to play on Channel 11 late at night as DEEP RED. It may not be the greatest giallo ever made but it is certainly in the top 3. I'm personally a little partial to the Sergio Martino movies, but Argento is without a doubt the better director and artist. This is a must see to any real horror fan, and perhaps a little better for the more mainstream horror fan, than the equally incredible films "Suspira" and "Tenebre".
