I saw an advanced screening of it last night and I didn't think it was that terrible. I wouldn't highly rate it, but I don't think it was as much of an atrocity as you guys made it out to be. It doesn't compare to the original and whenever you remake something that was such a classic, it is always going to be held to a much higher standard. I think this was a decent movie with a decent story and decent acting. But decent doesn't mean good, it just means completely run of the mill.
