New Trailer for Disney’s ‘G-Force’
My head is beginning to hurt. I know these movies are made for kids, but really? Gotta hand it to Disney, they have championed the lame CGI-laden talking animal kid’s movies. ‘G-Force’ is just the newest installment and has actually setup one heck of a cast…
Voices provided by: Nicolas Cage, Penelope Cruz, Steve Buscemi, Kelli Garner and Tracy Morgan.
Live performances include: Bill Nighy, Will Arnett and Zack Galifianakis.
Hoyt Yeatman has taken on the director’s chair. Yeatman has made quite a successful career as a special FX guy, having worked on ‘Underdog’, ‘Sky High’, ‘Mission to Mars’, ‘Armageddon’, ‘Deep Rising’, ‘Con Air’, ‘The Rock’, ‘Freddy’s Dead’, ‘The Abyss’, ‘The Fly’, ‘Short Circuit’, ‘Better off Dead’… the list really does go on.
Personally, the trailer looks Disney-style typical with little to no “really” original material. Take your CGI-animated talking animal adventure movie formula and insert Guinea Pigs into the blank. Oh, I shouldn’t discriminate… there’s also a mole and a fly on the talking animal special ops team.
“Ooh, Navy Seals!”
It may end being kind of a fun movie for adults who take their kids, but a sort of fun where you just have to swallow your pride and say “Hey, I’m stuck here. I might as well enjoy it!” So, any comments out there? Come on now… be nice.

This one looks a little more promising than the past several ones that have come out. I will hold out hope that it will be slightly above mediocre. With live performances of Arnett and Galifianakis it makes me believe there has to be some nugget of goodness to it.
Parents – please do not go run out and buy your kids' guinea pigs from a pet store.
They are not low maintenance. They can break their backs and limbs if you put them in the hamster running balls like they are seen in the movie.
Please read over http://www.guinealynx.info and http://www.guineapigcages.com for realistic care info first. Then go to http://www.petfinder.com if you are still interested in having a guinea pig as a family pet.
