Universal taking on Dante’s ‘Inferno’

Well, I have a question. Is every book ever made becoming a motion picture? Well, it seems for Universal that idea is becoming more prevalent each passing day. The movie idea was recently owned by Warner Brothers, but, due to unforeseen events, they dropped out leaving the movie up for grabs by MGM, Paramount and New Regency. But as stated before, Universal walked away with a pretty sweet deal with the movie. And as you may have guessed, the movie will focus on a journey in the depths of Hell, just like the book.
