It depends on the movie. Having said that, however, when paying $9 to see a movie in the theater, if it's 80-90 minutes long, I feel ripped off!

I prefer shorter movies (by shorter I mean under 2 hours), but there are certain movies that are longer that I can watch. If a movie is longer than that sometimes I won't go see it in the theater...afraid I'll miss something important if I have to go to the bathroom!

To quote Alfred Hitchcock, as I often do... "The length of a movie should not exceed the strength of my bladder." Then again, I don't mind a long movie if it's necessarily long for a reason and the story justifies it's length. 'Heat' is one example of a long movie that managed to do just fine.

I prefer longer movies. I feel like I am getting more for my money, even if I am not; and it gives me that much longer to immerse myself into that world.

Absolutely! When a movie is just adding additional shit on just because the director cant bear to cut anything from the film, that is just insane. The movie should have ended at about 1:45 in and they can tack the rest on number 3.
